I am so glad to have you here- it’s a safe space! I am the founder of the SPLIFF AND STRETCH EXPERIENCE & the REAL WINE DOWN - curated wellness experiences for the elevated and elated woman. I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years now as a personal trainer, and spent the last decade growing as an individual, transitioning into a mother and wife, and also still trying to find ways to feel connected to myself, my divine energy and community of like minded women. As a dedicated personal trainer for 10 + years to ONLY WOMEN- I have truly found where my passion and purpose meet helping women heal, transform their wellness and build their confidence like never before.

I decided to take down the facade in 2021 and share how integrating cannabis into my life has helped me birth my passion and a business that has now allowed me to build a community. I found my GIRLS when I started being open about my lifestyle and how I have been able to completely change my life since finding a balance with wellness and cannabis.
That same year, 2021- I decided to pilot an idea, “ a smoking and stretch session ". I had no idea that early 4 years later, my team and I would have traveled across the nation to dozens of sold out classes and servicing nearly 1,500 women in this space!

Last year while on tour, I decided that it was time to ELEVATE THE EXPERIENCE HIGHER (pun intended) . I wanted to provide a top tier experience like no other, so that is what I have spent the past few months working on. I am excited to be bringing a NEW ENERGY to the experience, one that truly caters to your higherself- because you deserve it! And… As requested we are bringing back the REAL WINE DOWN, which is a wine and deep stretch experience for my non- smokers. I appreciate deeply all of the powerful feedback and I truly look forward to unveiling a new visionary experience for all of ROCFIT WORLD EVENTS.
