EVENT REFUND POLICY:

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.

Tickets are only refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled event date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within this timeframe to be considered.

  • Please note that there are absolutely no exceptions to the 7-day refund policy. Refund requests received after this period will not be processed, and tickets will be considered non-refundable.

  • Tickets purchased for SPLIFF&STRETCH are non-transferrable. They cannot be transferred to another individual, date, or time under any circumstances.

  • These terms and conditions are non-negotiable and apply uniformly to all tour stops.

  • Please include your order number and the reason for the refund request.

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days upon approval of the request, and may take 7-10 business days to be issued.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the ticket purchase.
